Roberto Alomar went 4-5 while Marty Cordova added three hits including a three-run home run as the Cleveland Indians ripped the Kansas City Royals 8-4. Cordova’s dinger came off of loser Mac Suzuki who was not sharp. The righthander allowed five runs (one earned) on seven hits in four innings of work to fall to 2-2. Royals have lost two straight to Cleveland and they are now 10-17 on the season. They’ll try to avoid the sweep this afternoon at 1:05 p.m.
