Justin spent parts of the past two seasons in St. Louis. Rams also agree to terms with defensive lineman Tyoka Jackson. The free agent spent the past five seasons in tampa Bay where he played for then Bucs linebackers coach and now Rams defensive coordinator Lovie Smith.
