Quin Snyder has added to his incoming recruiting class at the University of Missouri. Yesterday, junior college center Uche Okafor (ooh-CHAY OAK-uh-four) signed a national letter of intent to attend the University of Missouri. Okafor spent the past two seasons at the College of Southern Idaho where the 6’11” post player averaged 9.2 points and 7.2 boards a game. He choose Mizzou over Illinois, North Carolina State, North Carolina, Connecticut and Memphis.
