It’s Game #3 of the Western Conference Semifinal playoff series between St. Louis and Dallas tonight. The Blues lead the set two games to none after sweeping the first two games in Dallas. There are two big reasons why the Blues have been successful during the postseason – penalty-killing and goaltending. The Blues are 33 for 33 in killing penalties in their eight playoff games and Roman Turek has a save percentage of .934 and a GAA of 1.71 in those same eight games. Dallas forward Mike Modano is expected to play tonight after missing Game #2 with an ankle problem.
