After spending the entire offseason to this point retooling a pathetic defense, the St. Louis Rams finally added to their dominant offense on Thursday by signing free agent offensive lineman Frank Garcia to a two-year deal. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Garcia spent the last six years in Carolina starting 84 of 91 games for the Panthers, inclduing all 16 last season. Garcia can play center or guard.
