Utility Companies Told To Guarantee Their Repairs

April 24, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

Legislation moving forward in the State Senate would require utility companies that dig up city streets to guarantee their repairs. The Senate has voted to require the companies to guarantee those repairs for four years. The original proposal would have required a one-year guarantee. The proposal could go to the House in a few days.
