With the draft behind them, the St. Louis Rams have signed seven undrafted rookie free agents. Included in that group is Tony Miles from Northwest Missouri State. Miles could compete for the Rams kick-return job now that Tony Horne has signed with Kansas City. Miles caught 55 passes for the Bearcats last season, 10 of which went for touchdowns. He also added three touchdowns on the ground and yet another score on a punt return.
