Kevin Carter is now officially an ex-Ram. The trade that sends Carter to Tennessee, which was agreed to last week, was finalized yesterday. It was finalized after Carter agreed to a six-year contract with the Titans, worth about 45-million dollars. In exchange for Carter, the Rams receive the Titans first round pick in the NFL Draft. That will be the 29th overall selection. The draft will be held April 21st and 22nd.
