The Lady Bears of Southwest Missouri State left for Spokane, Washington yesterday morning to prepare for Saturday’s “Sweet 16” match-up with Duke. Head Coach Cheryl Burnett told The Missourinet on Thursday that stopping Duke in transition would be the biggest key to upsetting the West’s top seed. SMS beat Toledo and Rutgers to advance to the NCAA Tournament’s regional semi-finals for the first time since 1993. Saturday’s game with Duke will start at approxamately 9:00 p.m.
