Missouri Secretary of State Matt Blunt has completed his report on the March 6th Mayoral Primary in the city of St. Louis. Blunt found that while the situation was a big improvement over what was experienced during the November election when there were numerous irregularities, there is still much room for improvement. Blunt’s list of policies and procedures in need of signifncant improvement include: the quality of voter registration rolls and ensuring polling places open at scheduled times as mandated by law. The report was based on observations made by Blunt and ten monitors from his Office.
