Governor’s Office Pleased With Hancock Ruling

March 8, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

Governor Bob Holden and members of his staff are pleased with the State Supreme Court ruling which basically said the state has no obligation to pay more than $500-Million in Hancock Amendment refunds.
