Legislative leaders are offering mixed reactions to Governor Bob Holden’s $620-Million transportation package. House Speaker Jim Kreider of Nixa, a Democrat, applauds the idea. But Senate President Peter Kinder of Cape Girardeau, a Republican, has concerns.
