A fatal dog attack in St. Louis has prompted animal control officers to review their stray animal laws. But Rich stevson with the St. Louis Animal Control Center says fatal maulings are very rare. A pack of stray dogs attacked and killed a ten-year-old boy Monday in a north St. Louis park. Stevson advises children who run across stray animals to avoid eye contact and to stand upright and still when confronted.
