Former Missouri House Speaker Steve Gaw of Moberly is geared to take a new job in state government. Governor Bob Holden has nominated Gaw to a position in the state Public Service Commission – a nomination which is being submitted to the Legislature this week. Gaw ran for Secretary of State in November, losing to Republican Matt Blunt.
