The St. Louis Rams have locked up kicker Jeff Wilkins for the next five seasons. The two sides agreed on a new contract on Thursday, terms of which were not disclosed. Wilkins missed five games in 2000 with a pulled quadricep, but he was deadly accurate when healthy. Wilkins converted all 17 of his field goal attempts last season.
