Deep Trout

February 27, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

There’ll be plenty of fish available as Missouri’s catch-and-keep season opens Thursday at the state’s four trout parks. The parks are being stocked with trout for the opener, as more than eight thousand anglers are expected to try to “reel in the big one.” The Conservation Department will place thousands of trout into the streams each morning between Thursday and the end of the season in October.
