The rumors that the NBA will return to St. Louis have intensified with the fact that Vancouver Grizzlies owner Michael Heisley met with Blues owner Bill Laurie in St. Louis on Tuesday. Heisley is looking to move the Grizzlies out of Canada and St. Louis is one of a handful of cities rumored to be showing serious interest. Laurie tried unsuccessfully to buy the Vancouver Grizzlies back in 1999.
