It was physical, it was dramatic, but in the end it was a loss for the Missouri Tigers Monday night as they fell at home to Oklahoma 63-61. Jameel Heywood was the hero for the 16th ranked Sooners as his rebound and putback just beat the final buzzer and gave Oklahoma their margin of victory. The loss was the first of the season at home for the Tigers. Missouri has now lost six straight to the Sooners and they are 17-9 on the season. Clarence Gilbert led the Tigers with 16 points.
