Righthander Garrett Stephenson is still struggling with pain in his throwing elbow. The 16 game winner from last season has yet to throw off a mound this spring and he met with the team doctor after workouts on Sunday. Stephenson was forced out of his last start in the playoffs last year against Atlanta because of pain in his throwing elbow.
