It was a heady five months at the United Nations for a St. Louis attorney. Larry Carp is in the middle of a one-year term as a delegate to the UN, though most of his work in New York is probably wrapped up. As one of twelve delegates to the UN last year, Carp voted in the General Assembly, gave speeches, and wrote position papers. Carp is an immigration law specialist in St. Louis and previously headed the probe into Judy Moriarty’s Secretary of State office.
