Gary Pinkel’s first recruiting class as the head coach of the Missouri Tiger football team was announced on Wednesday. The projected class of 2005 features 24 athletes. Eight hail from Missouri, the most from any one state. The next highest state contributing the class is Texas, which is home for five future Tigers. Pinkel got a late start on recruiting this season. The head coach was hired on November 30th to replace Larry Smith.
