A St. Charles man has drowned when the boat he was in capsized at Table Rock Lake. Divers recovered the body of Steven Bengfort less than two hours later. He and two other people were in a paddleboat crossing the lake at 3:00 yesterday morning when water started going over the side of the boat and it tipped over.
