Holden questions Bush proposal

Governor Holden says he’s glad to see President Bush putting so much attention on education. Bush’s first big legislative proposal this week was on education. It included increasing standards, increasing funding for needy schools, and a form of vouchers, which Democrats oppose. Holden says he has serious reservations about the vouchers.
