Holden chooses revenue director

January 27, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

Acting Revenue Department Director Carol Fisher is Governor Holden’s choice to take the job on a permanent basis. Fisher took over when Director Quentin Wilson became the governor’s director of Cabinet affairs. She has served as the director of the Division of Taxation and Collection since 1998, overseeing a $37 million dollar budget and a staff of 900 people. Fisher promises to continue the programs created by Wilson. She must be confirmed by the state senate.
