Flames have destroyed a building on the campus of the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout. Branson Fire Division Chief Ted Martin says the blaze was difficult to fight. Part of the reason for the difficulty was the building itself, which was used to store construction materials. Martin says because it was a construction area, there was a concern about the location of acetylene tanks and fuel storage. The flames were first noticed just before six o’clock this morning.
