It’s flu season but we’re not seeing the number of flu cases we saw a year ago at this time. In mid-January of 2000, more than 700 cases of flu had been confirmed in Missouri, but this year the number stands at around 25. Sue Denny with the state health department says this probably means we haven’t seen the flu season peak, yet. And it might not end for quite a while. And she says there is still time for people to get flu shots.
