A man suspected of robbing a bank in Eldorado Springs has been shot and killed in a shootout with a Vernon County sheriff’s deputy. Two other suspects 17-year-old suspects have been arrested. The deputy involved says the shooting started when the car carrying the three robbery suspects crashed into a culvert and the unidentified victim, 21, got out of the car and started firing a rifle.
