A 16 year old girl from Liberty who is accused of driving her speeding car into her boyfriend’s yard and running over and killing him will be tried for murder as an adult. The Clay County Circuit Court has approved the charge against Brandi Drumheller. The father of her boyfriend says his son had just told her he was breaking up with her to marry another woman who was expecting his baby.
