A new governor takes the reins of power in Jefferson City today as Bob Holden is sworn in. As the state gets a new governor, there comes a new First Lady, as well. Lori Holden vows not to be a wallflower. She says she loves to travel and talk to people in the state to hear about their needs and ambitions. But she says, like any family, she has to juggle the needs of her two little boys. The new first lady is passionate about children’s issues, with children’s healthcare a top priority.
