St. Louis election study released

January 5, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

The Secretary of State’s office has released its findings on what went wrong on election night in St. Louis. The report cites lack of funding, non-existent training, and poor communication among the problems in St. Louis. Cook emphasized that the problems they found did not impact any of the election outcomes and predicted the spring municipal elections in St. Louis will go smoother. She recommends Governor-elect Bob Holden be very careful before renewing the terms of any of the Election Board members.
