But he says certain portions of the economy are hurting more than others. Tech stocks are suffering, but he thinks the market as a whole remains strong. He advises investors to stay the course, because he thinks the economy has already gone through the worst. And he says The Fed can raise or lower interest rates and politicians can pass a tax refund to keep the economy humming.
