There’s a lot of speculation about whether outgoing Senator John Ashcroft will be joined by another Missourian in the Bush Cabinet at the White House. One of the names being mentioned for a possible post in the administration is that of outgoing Congressman Jim Talent. Talent says he would certainly consider an opportunity to serve in the Bush Administration, especially as Secretary of Labor or within the Small Business Administration. Talent says that while he would be interested in hearing of any opportunities, he isn’t campaigning for a position.
