Governor Joe Maxwell insists the growing controversy about how best to manage the Missouri River is on the front-burner for politicians in Jefferson City. . Governor Wilson tells reporters the future of farming rests on value-added agriculture products. Ethanol has been touted as one of the value-added products with a bright future.
