The Missouri Gaming Commission has unanimously approved an agreement with Station Casinos to end an ongoing dispute that centered on the relationship between former Station agent Michael Lazaroff and former Commission Chairman Robert Wolfson. Commission general counsel Patricia Churchill says the settlement will require Station sell its Missouri properties to Ameristar Casinos. While agreeing to the settlement and the penalty, Station admits NO wrongdoing.
