The Millennium Christmas tree is headed toward Missouri, with three stops in the next couple of days. That’s the Christmas tree, cut down in Colorado, that will become the White House Christmas tree next week. The first Missouri stop is Marshall. Chamber of Commerce spokesman Shelly Arth says the stop was chosen because of Marshall’s place on the map, and b because of its location on the Santa Fe trail. The tree will arrive in Marshall tomorrow morning, move to Columbia tomorrow afternoon, then go to St. Louis on Thursday.
