A Kansas City police officer has been found innocent in a fatal traffic crash one year ago. Travis Holbrook had faced two counts of involuntary manslaughter. His police car collided with a pickup truck in fall of 1999. Two people were killed. The judge who conducted the bench trial cited conflicting evidence and testimony for his not guilty verdict. The president of the Kansas City police union, Tim Smith, says justice has been done.
