Holden assembling his team

November 16, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

Governor-elect Bob Holden is back on the ground in Missouri today, after three days in Utah at a conference for new governors. Holden announced a media coordinator for his ongoing transition and a coordinator for his inauguration. Holden is interviewing possible department heads, and hopes to have the first appointments named soon. The transition team, headed by secretary of state Bekki Cook, has set up shop in the Jefferson Building. Holden also mentions his wife, Lori, was to meet today with Jean Carnahan, to discuss issues for the new First Lady.
