MIAA Hands Out Weekly Honors

Truman State quarterback Eric Howe is the offensive player of the week. Howe passed for 369 yards and three touchdowns, and led the Bulldogs on a game-winning drive to beat Washburn 45-42. Central Missouri State linebacker Andy Sims gets the defensive award. Sims had eleven tackles and a sack for a safety as the Mules shut out Missouri Southern 35-0. The Lions managed just 91 yards of total offense.
