A Neosho man is accused of involuntary manslaughter in the drowning of his seven-month old son drown in a bathtub. The charge names Wesley Hood, who notified police on August 26th that his son was in his bed, not breathing. The autopsy report was given to authorities earlier this week, indicating the boy had drowned. Charges were filed after the report was reviewed.
