The Big 12’s big game over the weekend has given college football a new number one team. Oklahoma has taken the top spot in the polls for the first time since 1987 after beating previous number one Nebraska 31-14. Nebraska fell to fifth in the AP poll. Virginia Tech remained second, follwed by Miami and Florida State.
