Station moves on casino plans

The Missouri Gaming Commission’s on-going effort to get satisfactory answers out of officials of Station Casinos may be coming to an end. The Commission wants to know more about the relationship between former company attorney Michael Lazaroff and former Commission Chairman Robert Wolfson. It’s now ready to hold a hearing on the company’s suitability to have licenses for the Kansas City and St. Charles casinos renewed. But Station lawyer Charles German says a pending sale of the two casinos to Ameristar Casinos may make the entire issue a moot point.
