On the anniversary of the plane crash that killed golfer Payne Stewart, the families of the victims have filed suit against the plane’s owner. The suit, filed in Florida, says operator SunJet Aviation Inc., and owner JetShares One Inc., should have known the plane’s cabin pressurization system was defective. Stewart and five others were killed October 25, 1999, when their plane crashed in South Dakota. The suit seeks unspecified damages and costs.
