A couple of workers at a Kansas City office building became sick after opening envelopes containing an unknown substance. About 100 other people working on the same floor of the building reported no problems. The building was closed but not evacuated because of the incident. The envelopes have been given to the FBI. Agency spokesman Jeff Lanza says there was nothing in the envelope besides paper, and he doesn’t anticipate criminal charges.
