A Springfield man described as psychotic, and possibly drugged when he was arrested Sunday, has died in a Springfield hospital. Police had found Johnny Robbins walking naked outside a Springfield hotel. Robbins was 26. Two policemen suffered minor injuries when Robbins struggled with them during the arrest.
