The American Royal Barbecue Contest sparked some fierce competition this weekend in Kansas City. It’s called the world’s largest barbecue contest, and 400 teams competed in the open contest. The event not only sparked competition, but plenty of partying and merry-making. Some teams brought more than 1,000 pounds of chicken, ribs, and brisket to compete with.
