Station casino has appealed the state’s effort to revoke its license. The company charges the state gaming commission’s investigators have lost their objectivity. The gaming commission has voted to take away licenses for station to run casinos in St. Charles and Kansas City because company executives have refused to honor commission subpoenas. The commission wants to talk to them about the reason they paid former lawyer Michael Lazaroff $500,000 million dollars in bonuses. Lazaroff admits making dozens of improper contacts with a former commission chairman.
