A postal truck crash into a Kansas City apartment building has resulted in a $1 million dollar court judgment against the postal service. The money will go to survivors of an accident in west Kansas City more than two years ago. A sleeping three-year-old girl was killed by a careening postal truck hit an apartment building. A federal judge made his decision after a three-day bench trial last month. Driver Sinclair Taylor was found guilty by a Jackson County jury. He jumped clear of the accident just before the truck collided with the building. The accident was caused by faulty brakes.
