Gephardt urges action

The democratic leader in the U.S. House of Representatives says Congress is on the verge of going home and leaving a big agenda unfinished. Congressman Richard Gephardt of St. Louis says prescription drugs and Medicare are at the top of his list. And Gephardt says Congress is also on the verge of quitting without passing a health insurance reform bill. And Gephardt says it’s starting to appear as if Congress won’t get a budget approved in time for the start of the new federal fiscal year.
