A fountain fix may be in the future. Kansas City’s Seahorse Fountain was damaged by vandals earlier this year. The Kansas City Star says a St. Louis area stone craftsman is offering to repair or replace the sculpture at no cost to the city. Parks and recreation officials say that could be worth $100,000. A $10,000 is being offered for anyone who can identify the vandals.
