Republican Secretary of State candidate Matt Blunt has released a 14-page book outlining his goals for the office if elected. Included in the book is an education initiative which attempts to stir up interest in politics. The book covers other aspects of the office, calling for more use of the Internet to alert consumers about securities firms and allow corporations to register electronically. Blunt acknowledges some could be implemented by the Secretary of State while others would require legislative action.
